Fitness tips

Here’s 5 reasons why it’s important to drink water during your workout:

Water is essential during exercise and is involved in every function of the body
It regulates your body temperature during your workout
It transports nutrients around the body to give you energy
Helps to avoid muscle cramps during and after your workout
Particularly in hot weather, best keep up your hydration 20 mins or so after a class

Please bring water with you to the class.
