What kind of music will I be working out to?

In our ZEST! Classes...I am constantly creating new routines and new music playlists.  We'll always have a good groove to move to and let's not forget, it's great for the memory too...bring your singing voice too!

Fitness tips

Here’s 5 reasons why it’s important to drink water during your workout: 

  • Water is essential during exercise and is involved in every function of the body
  • It regulates your body temperature during your workout
  • It transports nutrients around the body to give you energy
  • Helps to avoid muscle cramps during and after your workout
  • Particularly in hot weather, best keep up your hydration 20 mins or so after a class

Please bring water with you to the class.
