What kind of music do you play?

My love of music goes back a long way and therefore creating new routines to music gives me great pleasure. Music makes exercising all the more fun, so don't be surprised if you find yourself singing along to The Carpenters, Drifters, George Ezra or The Beatles!

Fitness tips

Here’s 5 reasons why it’s important to drink water during your workout: 

  • Water is essential during exercise and is involved in every function of the body
  • It regulates your body temperature during your workout
  • It transports nutrients around the body to give you energy
  • Helps to avoid muscle cramps during and after your workout
  • Particularly in hot weather, best keep up your hydration 20 mins or so after a class

Please bring a bottle of water to the class.
